Multiple categories, each with its own support role and emoji, so different kinds of requests land with the right team automatically. Transcripts post the moment a ticket closes and can be DMed straight to whoever opened it. That's a per-server toggle on the Tickets page.
Moderation
/warn, /mute, /kick, and /ban, backed by a full case history per member. It's searchable and filterable right from the dashboard, so staff can see what happened to someone without digging through channel logs or asking around.
Leveling
Members earn XP just by chatting. /rank and /leaderboard show where everyone stands, role rewards unlock automatically at set levels, and you can pick a channel for level-up announcements. Not into leveling? Turn the whole thing off with one toggle.
Analytics & audit log
Member and message trends, top commands, and a full audit trail of edits, deletions, and role changes. Everything staff need to see what's happening in the server, without piecing it together from Discord's own logs.
