Terms of Service
The rules for using the Sauna bot and dashboard.

1. Acceptance of These Terms
By adding the Sauna Discord bot to a server, or by accessing the Sauna dashboard at saunabot.rest, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a Discord server or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that server or organization to these Terms.
2. The Service
Sauna is a Discord bot and web dashboard providing ticketing, moderation, automod, leveling, custom commands, and related community-management tools (the "Service"). Features and their availability may change, be added, or be removed over time.
3. Eligibility and Your Discord Account
Use of the Service requires a Discord account in good standing and is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use Discord in your jurisdiction. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.
4. Server Administrator Responsibilities
If you add the bot to a server or configure it through the dashboard, you are responsible for: having the authority to do so on behalf of that server; configuring the bot in a way that complies with applicable law and Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines; and providing your members with any notices, or obtaining any consents, that applicable law requires for the features you enable (for example, moderation logging or leveling).
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Service's moderation or security features
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' data, or our infrastructure
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful content
6. Availability and Changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific features, at any time, with or without notice.
7. "As Is" Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any data will be accurate, complete, or preserved without loss.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sauna and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by removing the bot from your server and/or ceasing to use the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice where circumstances warrant it.
10. Future Paid Features
The Service is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans or add-ons in the future, additional terms specific to those offerings (including pricing, billing, and refund terms) will be presented and will apply alongside these Terms. Any payment processing will be handled by a reputable third-party payment processor; we will not store your full payment card details ourselves.
11. Third-Party Services
The Service operates on top of Discord and may rely on other third-party infrastructure providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and, where applicable, by the mandatory provisions of EU law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protections of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
