Moderation and AutoMod
Warn, timeout, kick, and ban members while keeping a server-specific case history. AutoMod can detect invite links, mention spam, message floods, and repeated text, then remove messages or apply timeouts according to your settings.

Support tickets
Create private ticket channels with up to ten categories, separate support roles, intake questions, saved staff responses, and HTML transcripts. Members choose the right category from a panel instead of asking for help in public channels.

Leveling and rewards
Reward normal conversation with XP, level announcements, a leaderboard, and role milestones. Administrators choose the channels, cooldowns, rewards, and whether leveling fits the community at all.

Reaction roles and member access
Give new members an automatic role, publish button or select-menu role panels, and add verification before granting access. Sauna checks Discord role order because it can only manage roles below its own.
Configure member roles
Welcome and leave messages
Choose where Sauna greets new members and records departures, then customize the message and presentation for your server. These tools live beside verification and role controls in one engagement workspace.

Custom commands
Build server-specific slash commands in the dashboard, including text, embeds, conditions, random choices, delays, channel checks, role changes, and replies based on user input. Built-in moderation and utility commands remain available too.

Analytics and audit history
Follow recent message and member activity, command usage, joins, leaves, role changes, and observed message edits or deletions. The dashboard presents useful operational context without claiming to replace Discord's native audit log.

First-time setup and Server Health
New servers receive a guided setup. Sauna checks its live permissions, configured channels, roles, and role hierarchy, then shows clear recommendations that administrators can fix, dismiss, or revisit later.

Built for understandable setup
Sauna does not require Discord's Administrator permission. Its install link asks for the focused permissions used by these features, and the public guide explains why each permission is needed. After installation, sign in with Discord, choose a server where you are an administrator, and configure only what the community needs.
